Location Printers are located at campus libraries in Birmingham, London and Manchester and on the ground floor, by Student Services, of the main London campus building.
Help Library staff will be able to assist you with printing, copying and scanning if necessary.
Cost Printing and copying are cheap (single-sided black/white A4 - £0.05, double sides - £0.06), and scanning (in a PDF or image file sent to an email address) is free. Add funds
To start If you have not used our printers yet:
Ensure you can access campus PCs (printers use the same login). The login details were emailed to you at the start of your course.
Add the money to your print account (minimum £1 paid by a bank card at a campus library help desk).
Associate your print account with your student card (scan the card at the printer; log in as in Step 1; this has to be done only once; next time, log in by scanning your card at the printer).
If printing out files from a campus PC (not a personal one):
Open the file
Select Print menu
Select Follow-Me-BW or Follow-Me-Color printer (in Chrome, select Print menu - Webex Document Load - See more.. - then select the required printer)
Change from double-sited to single-sided printing if necessary.
Send
Log into the printer
Select Print Release from the menu
Print all or some of the jobs you have sent to the printer.
